ACAP Announces the launch of its Trauma and Resilience Studies Programs
Overwhelming experiences can occur throughout the lifespan, resulting from environmental events, like a flood or war, repeated bullying, physical injury or illness, or violence in the home.

ACAP's new Trauma and Resilience Studies (TRS) programs explore the range of traumatic responses and tools for building emotional resilience. The innovative TRS program will launch in 2012. Students from many disciplines, such as mental health, first responders, law, education, child protection agencies, human resources, and the clergy will find TRS courses and experiences provide skills to accomplish their important work with more confidence and less vulnerability to burnout.
