This course will introduce the student to basic theoretical concepts and practices in adolescent treatment. From early adolescence to young adulthood, case studies will demonstrate developmental issues, treatment challenges, and therapeutic interventions. Examples from clinical practice will help differentiate normal and pathological patterns emerging in this complex developmental period.
